Sanford Health-MeritCare to drop Meritcare from name; Fargo leader says that’s OK
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – A major rural health care provider in the U.S. is altering its name. Sioux Falls, S.D.-based Sanford Health late last year merged with Fargo, N.D.-based MeritCare, forming Sanford Health-MeritCare.
