Spectrum Health to acquire Fremont hospital May 1
GRAND RAPIDS Spectrum Health is acquiring Gerber Memorial Health Services. Spectrum spokesman Bruce Rossman says Grand Rapids-based Spectrum will officially acquire the 61-bed hospital in Fremont on May 1. Terms of the deal aren’t being released.
