    12 pounds? Sis you are doing a whole lot better than a lot of people..including myself! lol Please be persistent. Some tricks ive learned: Drink 8oz of water per one pound of weight. Dont eat carbs at least 3 hours prior to bedtime. Drink green rea at nite. And try to do Burst Training or treadmill in intervals.

    You’re doing so well. We all have our bad days/weeks. This week I’ve gone over my calories by about 1500 and have been easy on my exercise. I’m treating it as a “cheat” week and it makes me more determined for next week. Don’t worry. You’ll be fine! :)

    Don’t give up!!! You’ve come this far, once you fall just get back up and dust yourself off and get back on track!! I know because I went through that faze but now I’m back on track. Just keep it up you are doing a GREAT JOB!!!!

    YOU CAN DO IT!
    Just take it one day at a time.
    Make mini-goals to focus on. Sometimes we lose motivation by focusing on the total weight loss rather than the small steps to get there. Keep the faith. You can do it!!!!!!! :D
