12 pounds? Sis you are doing a whole lot better than a lot of people..including myself! lol Please be persistent. Some tricks ive learned: Drink 8oz of water per one pound of weight. Dont eat carbs at least 3 hours prior to bedtime. Drink green rea at nite. And try to do Burst Training or treadmill in intervals.
You’re doing so well. We all have our bad days/weeks. This week I’ve gone over my calories by about 1500 and have been easy on my exercise. I’m treating it as a “cheat” week and it makes me more determined for next week. Don’t worry. You’ll be fine!
Don’t give up!!! You’ve come this far, once you fall just get back up and dust yourself off and get back on track!! I know because I went through that faze but now I’m back on track. Just keep it up you are doing a GREAT JOB!!!!

Make mini-goals to focus on. Sometimes we lose motivation by focusing on the total weight loss rather than the small steps to get there. Keep the faith. You can do it!!!!!!!

stay encouraged. we fall down occasionally, but we get right back up again. you can do it!
