Do a Google search for “resveratrol thyroid”. Apparently 200mcg/kg/day, 400mcg/kg/day, and so forth, are goitrogenic, or they suppress thyroid hormones. Search yourself. The study from King Saud University in Saudi Arabia should be the first hit.
that supplements for resveratrol are a better option take them and then ask them if you you can take that doseage of those pills that would be close or a lil over 700mg or total resveratrol and ask if thats ok for those supplements.
