I saw it on discovery channel so i think its pretty serius stuff. that scientist said that hes mise liver twice ass long. insane shit imaging living to be 160 years old.lol!
I have been taking a formula that includes quercetin, and a couple other things for just over a month. Whatever else it does or does not do, it has given me tremenous natural energy in reserve when needed and the ability to sleep like a baby when needed. Great stuff
resveratrol has been shown to have estrogenic effects, which would have detrimental effects on estrogen sensitive tumors. so any of you women out there with cancers of the ovary, uterus, or breast, you should avoid this at all costs. there has been no human studies on this crap. don’t buy into it. also, read into the placebo effect…
I knew very little about resveratrol a few weeks ago beyond The French Paradox. Wow, it’s pretty amazing stuff. Already my skin is tighter and I’m not as tired. I learned though that most of the reseveratrol sold is naturally contaminated by something that causes diarrhea. Know your brand!
