Anti aging formulas abound. Read just about any women’s magazine and you’ll read all sorts of articles about finding an anti aging formula that will make your skin glow and will eliminate those annoying signs of aging on your skin that just seem to be getting worse.
Whether it’s the latest and best wrinkle cream or maybe the latest and best human growth hormone, there’s so many formulas for looking young.
But in my view every anti aging formula I’ve ever read fails to recognize one crucial distinction. All of the anti aging advice focuses on looks. And in my view this is putting the cart before the horse.
Because keeping the effects of ageing away is best done by staying healthy. All those annoying wrinkles, fine lines and dark circles under the eyes are a sign your body and your skin is aging. But the healthier you are the more you can slow the visible effects of ageing on your skin.
In fact the best anti aging formula is really very simple. In my view a simple but highly effective anti aging routine is as follows:
1. Eat a good diet.
A huge part of staying healthy is avoiding the pizza and burgers and eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Do this every day and over time your health, and your skin will thank you for it.
2. Get plenty of exercise.
Exercise is extremely important to good health as well as to your skin. Exercise improves blood flow, including to the skin, thereby promoting good health as well as good skin health.
3. Don’t smoke.
Smoking is just terrible for your skin and just as bad for your health. Smoking causes premature ageing of the skin, and also causes disease.
4. Use the worlds best natural anti aging products.
There are some excellent natural anti aging products which are highly effective at slowing the effects of aging on the skin. They improve skin health and skin moisture levels as well as levels of collagen and elastin in the skin. This in turn keeps wrinkles away and make your skin look better.
