That’s not a good idea. My mom started using these tricks when she was 10 and I started using them too based on her life-long results.
She began using Olay Beauty Lotion on her face and neck, rubbing with some pressure where wrinkles might appear [between eyebrows, inwards around eyes, lips] always rub upwards on your neck. She’s 48 now and she still gets carded for buying liquor or cigarettes, I swear she looks early 30′s.
I’m 21 and I have used anti aging products since I was in high school. I don’t expect to see any results now, but I’m hoping when I am in my 30-40s it will have paid off
It wouldn;t be bad for your skin but it would be pointless and an expense you can avoid.
Anti aging creams have ingredients in them like hyluronic acid which stimulates the production of collagen. (Collagen is the substance that holds skin cells together and gives it elasticity). At 17 you already produce enough collagen and your skin is already elastic so more isn’t going to do anything.
Certainly you should be looking after your skin but a simple cleanse, tone, moisturise routine is enough. Use products that are designed for your age group.
Worse case scenario is that using anti-aging products at your age will clog your pores and give you blackheads.
If you want to give your skin the best chance of avoiding wrinkles as you age, don’t smoke, drink alcohol in moderation only, eat a healthy diet with plenty of low fat protein and veg and avoid too much sun.
It’s good that you are thinking about wrinkle prevention at an early age. It is suggested that women start using anti aging products around 27-28 years old, but it varies from one person to the next as there is no magic number. At your age you should keep your skin moisturized, drink plenty of water and stay well protected from the sun.
I would not say it would be bad for your skin (but I am not an expert) But I do not see the point you are not getting old. so there is no need
Its fine!

The best way to stop aging is to prevent it. So start when your younger!
