Anti-aging products…?

I am 14 of age and am curious about anti-aging products such as creams.
I heard from some that if I start too early, it would clog my pores do some damage to my skin, which is highly sensitive.
I also heard from others that the sooner the better.
So I’m curious, should I be using them now to prevent later aging?

It’s debatable, some say using anti aging thigns before your time can do more harm than good, some say it’s best fpr prevention. However, at 14, it would be a complete waste of money. Most models start, and most dermatologists agree that women should start at age 20 for the best prevention.

All you should do now is be using SPF every SINGLE day, rain or shine, and atleast an SPF 15 (preferably 30)
Drinking lots of water, and moisturizing before bedtime. Oh and avoid tanning beds like the plague.

    1] you don’t need them – wait til oil levels taper off a bit [ 20s ]
2] addf eye creams in late 20s
3] do use sunscreen every AM, and moisturize every PM with products for YOUR skin type [ sensitive, oily, dry, etc.]
4] I buy fragrance free or sensitive skin formula for all face products [ Aveeno, Olay, etc.

An anti-aging product is NOT a need or a must for your skin at your age.
Keeping your skin properly moisturized however, IS.
Always wear a daily moisturizer that contains an SPF. I use Olay complete all day UV moisturizer UV skin shield which is an spf 15. Its for combination/oily skin. After my shower I put it all over my face and neck and then go about my normal makeup routine. This moisturizer has a nice fresh scent, and is for every day use and wont clog your pores, is oil-free, and formulated with vitamins.
Make sure you are drinking lots of water every day, and eating healthy foods. Our diets have a lot to do with our skin.
Also, take your multi-vitamin or a hair, skin, and nails supplement daily. I do this as well.
Try not to fret about the fine lines and wrinkles at this age because later on in life those issues will have to be dealt with. Enjoy having young skin! The biggest problems that will probably arise right now are breakouts! Teen skin, always fun. And a good daily cleanser to use is Cetaphil. Trusted by many, as well as their moisturizers.

dear you do NOT need them now
and just may be harmful to a younger skin
but maybe by the late 20′s to start out slowly, you do not want your body and skin to shut down on the natural production of hormones that keep your skin looking good….
but do keep it clean and moisturized and use sun screen a lot on your face to stop sun damage

    good luck
